How do "unlimited revisions" work?
Once we've delivered the design, you can request unlimited revisions until you're satisfied. All types of changes will be made within 24 hours, unless you want an entirely new concept.
I'm an agency, can I resell the work?
Absolutely. You own all the rights to the designs created for you. Nothing makes us happier than to see you excel in your field.
What is our lead time?
Most of our projects are completed in 1 to 4 days. On average, simple tasks are completed in 1 to 2 days, moderate tasks in 2 to 4 days, and complex tasks take around 4 to 8 days.
Do you offer refunds if I don't like your designs?
No, we don't offer refunds if you don't like the designs we create for you. It's important to understand that design is a creative field where a human works behind the screen to explore infinite possibilities and come up with designs that work best for you. However, if you're not satisfied with the designs, you can provide us with constructive feedback and benefit from unlimited revisions until the result reaches the level of perfection you expect.
How does Shi Design compare with working with an agency?
We pride ourselves on the high quality of our services, which we offer at extremely competitive rates. We deliver our projects at around 50% of the cost of similar agency projects, while maintaining the same or even higher quality.
What payment methods do we accept?
We accept payment via PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Wise Transfer.
Will my designs and videos be unique?
Yes, all the designs and videos we create are new, unique and reserved exclusively for you.
What information do you need for design or video tasks?
To create outstanding designs, we need the following information - the more detailed, the better:
- A summary of the purpose of the design or video.
- A brief description of what you expect.
- Colors: preferred or to-be-avoided colors.
- Style: inspirations, reference images or videos.
- Any video concept or style you'd like us to try.
